"Teach Kundalini Yoga, change people faces, give them the Dharma and spread the glory of Wahe Guru"

Yogi Bhajan

Ram Rattan Singh

or Claudio Martinotti, though it is with his spiritual name that he loves to introduce himself, has been helping for 21 years yoga practitioners of any school and tradition to know and use Kundalini Yoga to achieve the health and vitality they desire (and deserve).

Graduated in medicine and specialized in reconstructive surgery, in 1991, after 14 years of practice in numerous clinics and hospitals, he began to study Kundalini Yoga.

His experience was so profound and beneficial, that the vision of using this discipline as a powerful tool to support normal medical practice became the dream of his life. He then decided to commit himself to deepening the experience of Kundalini Yoga and had the blessing to study for seven years in direct contact with his Master Yogi Bhajan.

In 1998 he became a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, a trainer and Yoga therapist and, since that moment, traveled constantly in Italy and Europe to offer training courses for teachers and workshops on Yoga and Health.

In 2006 he launched, in Italy, the Yoga and Health project to teach a wider audience how to use Kundalini Yoga to live a healthy, happy and meaningful life.

He is the author of the DVD "The Incredible Healing Power of the Brain" and is actively dedicating himself to turning the study of Kundalini Yoga into a multimedia experience with a lot of successful online trainings in Italy that you can find at www.yogaesalute.com and now, world wild, with the new project of Kundaliniyoga.online.

Yoga and Health

In the vision of the masters, the human being is a creature born in the image of God.

This means that, by nature, we are designed to live in joy and free from disease. It means that we have the  ability not to decay with the passing of the years and that we are potentially able to go through the process that we call death with awareness and grace.

Our purpose is to awaken, live and share the experience of this "Possible Human" that is deep within each of us, through the study and practice of Kundalini Yoga and Humanology as taught by Yogi Bhajan.

The mission of the Yoga and Health project is to spread these incredible teachings through live events, online classes, and programs for health and well-being.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is the art, science and technology to unleash the creative potential that resides in every human being.

Although Kundalini Yoga was not conceived as an exquisitely therapeutic science, its positive impact on psychophysical well-being is extraordinary.

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is also known as the "Yoga for the Householders", because it has been designed, by saints and sages over the centuries, to be simple to practice and effective in short periods of time, thus constituting a valuable tool in the lives of those who have a job and a family.

The practice of Kundalini Yoga is a harmonious combination of physical exercises, breathing techniques (pranayamas), mantra repetition and meditation.

Physically it strengthens the nervous system, lengthens and tones the muscles, removes toxins from the tissues, balances glandular secretions, strengthens the immune system, regenerates and tones the internal organs.

Mentally develops a neutral and peaceful perspective, promotes clarity of perception and the ability to be present. Also develops intuition, transforms and releases the limiting patterns of the subconscious, relieves tension and stress, increases concentration and effectiveness.
