In this video we are going to practice (and experience) another easy, but powerful, meditation to bring you back to your natural point of calmness and presence.
It is a pranayama performed with a specific mudra, that allows you to create balance in the flow of the 5 elements and to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.
This, in turn, lead you to a state of calmness, clarity and control even under situation of pressure. Furthermore, the increased tone of the vagus nerve, promotes cellular regeneration.

Welcome to this fantastic opportunity to start your Kundalini Yoga practice with an easy and yet powerful meditation. It is a way to get in touch fast with your heartbeat and, in doing so, with your inner self, even if your are in the middle of an emotional storm.
It will give you the capacity to concentrate when you are focused to achieve something that really matter to you and to control the impulsive response to distractions. If you are beginner try it for few minutes as we do in the video, or, if you are a little bit experienced and don’t know it, extend the practice to 11 minutes per day.
